About the Role
micro1 is engaging experienced AI Strategy & Business Operations Experts to contribute to a strategic customer project focused on shaping business outcomes with AI-driven insights. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This is an opportunity to leverage your business acumen, strategic problem-solving, and familiarity with AI productivity tools to influence the future of business and technology.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate, assess, and provide feedback on AI-generated strategic and operational business content.
- Develop and review business cases, benchmarking analyses, and strategic frameworks tailored to real-world scenarios.
- Create, critique, and refine executive-level presentations, reports, and business analyses.
- Analyze and validate outputs from AI assistants (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to ensure accuracy and practical business applicability.
- Contribute subject-matter insights that improve the understanding and performance of AI tools in the context of business operations, strategy, and finance.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhanced productivity using AI-driven solutions.
You're a Good Fit If You
- Required skills: Strategy, Business Operations, Finance & Analysis, AI Productivity, Communication
- Extensive background in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, strategic finance, product strategy, or chief-of-staff roles.
- Proven track record of using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in day-to-day business tasks.
- Strong business judgment; adept at analytical problem-solving and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience developing and evaluating business cases, benchmarking studies, and strategic recommendations.
- Skilled at crafting and delivering executive-level presentations and reports.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and impact.
- Proficiency in reviewing, interpreting, and enhancing AI-generated business content for accuracy and relevance.
