About the Role
micro1 is engaging Contract Specialists to contribute to a customer's project focused on developing a suite of real-world commercial agreements. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. We are seeking commercial attorneys who can provide or create practical contractual documents for a seeding project. Contributors will be paid per document delivered and are expected to produce agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP licensing, marketing agreements, and licensing agreements.

Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of the following agreement types:
Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Lease Agreements
Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements
Marketing Agreements
Licensing Agreements
You're a Good Fit If You
Required skills: contract drafting, commercial agreements, legal document review, attention to detail, written communication, verbal communication, remote collaboration, legal compliance, industry best practices, legal technology
Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.
